Paleo No Grain Nut cereal

This was my first Paleo cereal and honesty I was impressed. It tasted like a better and more filling version of Kashi cereals.
  • ¼ cup (or 1 ounce) of raw nuts or seeds of your choice (we use raw walnuts, pecans, almond slices, pumpkin seeds, etc)
  • ½ to 1 cup of fruit of choice (typically berries, bananas, and peaches)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds (optional and if your local grocery store carries it)
  • milk of choice
  1. Pour nuts and seeds into bowl
  2. Wash and cut fruit
  3. Pour dry meal and seeds
  4. Splash milk of your choice (I started using Almond milk recently instead of cow's milk and it is quite tasty)
  5. Enjoy your non grain, nut cereal, YOU NUT!
