Paleo Crock Pot Garlic and Balsamic Chicken and Happy BELATED Birthday OurFullPlate!

This Crock Pot recipe is so easy and if you are pressed for time it can be made in less than 5 hours! Mom tested and kid approved for sure!
  • 2 teaspoons of dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2lbs of chicken breasts, tenders, thighs (your choice)
  • ½ cup of balsamic vinegar
  1. Clean your chicken and cut off any extra fat or "stuff."
  2. Add your tablespoon of olive oil or fat of choice to the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Add the first 5 dry ingredients (onion, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper) and spread over the chicken on both sides. Place the seasoned chicken in your oiled crock pot.
  4. Add your minced garlic and then pour the balsamic vinegar over all the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours if chicken is thawed out or on high for 5 hours if frozen.
  6. Serve over my yummy cauliflower masher or any other grain substitution and devour!
